As we say farewell to Omar Sharif, we remember the other movie he did with Peter O'Toole, The Night of the Generals, which follows Sharif as German Military Detective trying to solve serial murders attributed to a German General. It's a truly engaging film and has interesting scenes from the Warsaw Uprising, the July 20th Plot and a postwar reunion of the 37th SS Panzer Division "Nibelungen". A film worth your time.
