Well...finished Converging Assaults last night. Once again I ended up with the Italians facing off with US Rangers. Yes, I had 8 tanks and watched a 37LL destroy 6 of them....good grief.
I totally blew this scenario. I entered the board way too conservatively and didn't get far enough in, before the US 10-3 moved around the board like a Queen on a chessboard full of Pawns. My armor never met up with the infantry and was completely stopped by the lone 37LL AT Gun.
I was literally cut to pieces in 5 turns. I learned some lessons, but hope I don't have to play with the Italians again any time soon.
