Well...we finally finished this scenario that began on April 6th. We completed 7-1/2 of the 9-1/2 turns. It was pretty clear at the half-way point of turn 8 that I simply couldn't get the Yanks off the board in time. The German defense was well done and elastic enough that my breakthroughs never gave me a run to daylight.
I have some successes and lost a half squad less than the Germans...but no cigar. Hats off to the skillful defense of my opponent.
Now on to a new scenario!!
